At Seaveiw Farmhouse you are offered the chance to
experience life on a Scottish Farm, as you arrive
you will be delighted by the wonderful views of
Thurso Bay and the Orkney Islands. You can
even see the "Old Man of Hoy"!
The Farmhouse is situated just two miles from Thurso
and only 5 minutes from the Ferry Terminal at
Scrabster which has several ferry sailings each day.
You can join in the fun of the farm by collecting
eggs from the free range hens and in early spring,
pet lambs will be running around hoping you will
feed them!
When the eggs are collected they are used for your
breakfast and for the wonderful home baking that Mrs MacDonald
is very well known for.
Guests are greeting on arrival with tea/coffee and
home baking.

and there are tea and coffee making facilities for
everyone to help themselves.

We are open
all year and our price stays the same throughout.
Bed and Breakfast is £18.00 per person, per night.
Parking/Storage/Pets
Being a
farm-house we are happy for you to bring your pet
dog as long as it is kept under control. We
have plenty of storage room for sports equipment,
push-bikes, motor-bikes, etc.
When you arrive
at our farm-house you will be given home baking and
tea or coffee in the lounge, which is comfortably
furnished has a colour television and a selection of
Scottish videos for you to watch.
On sunny days
relax in the garden and you can even have a Bar-B-Q!
